Fizzled out last night. 77 couldn't hold vs AK for a big pot and then got my money in good with AQ vs AJ but guy flopped a J on me and I was out in 23rd.
I've been running TERRIBLE today so far. I can't get much going and i've been playing great. The cards just haven't been falling. Maybe it's something about people playing during the daytime that's different than late at night. You would think people would play better during the day since they would be more focused and attentive, but that DEFINITELY isn't the case here today. I'm gonna stick with and and hopefully end up with a few final tables before the night is over, but i'm going to HAVE to start hitting flops vs these donkeys.
Just had to vent so I don't start playing on tilt. UGGGGGGGGG

This is how I get down.
This is the my new blog dedicated to poker and other life related stuff. Mostly poker though.
I need to start by thanking Nick, Matt, and Brandon for opening my eyes to the world of poker. It's my favorite way to pass time and is always a game to spend time getting better at and there is ALWAYS something new that can be brought to the table. This is a way for me to vent about bad beats I take, good plays I make, and just my thoughts on Poker in general. I LOVE this game and love talking about it just as much as I do playing it. If you don't give a damn about any of that, then you can save yourself time and stop reading right now...
I'll be taking down my first bracelet soon enough. It will probably be in the summer of 2011 at a $3,000 Limit Hold Em event. Get ready for that. I'm flying everyone out.

I've been grinding the virtual felt here lately and i've been running fair. Better than fair I guess you could say. I've been staying away from the ring games and focusing on the guarantee tournaments and 180+ sit n gos. I'm currently ranked 16,200 of 742,664 on PokerStars according to OfficialPokerRankings.com That's not high enough. I want to be ONE of 742, 644. Big expectations, I know. I'll get into that more later though. This is just the first post!
I'm running good in this $4 180 sit n go right now. I'm 5 of 58. I've won this tourney twice in the last month and came in second three times. We'll see what happens.
